1. General Returns and Exchanges

● If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of

receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, we will

unfortunately not be able to accept your request.

● Items returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and

with the original tags attached.

2. Returns and Exchanges Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for this 

request.

2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the necessary

return or exchange instructions, including the return address.

3. Carefully package the item you are returning, making sure to include the invoice or a

document showing the order number.

4. Ship the item to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs,

except in the case of a defective product or error on our part.

5. Once we have received the returned item, our team will examine its condition. If the item

meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

● Refunds will be made within 2 days of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be made

via the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

● Original shipping charges will not be refunded, except in the case of a defective product

or error on our part.

4. Defective products or order errors

If you receive a defective product or if we have made an error in your order, please contact us

immediately at support@ contact@drknova.com. We will take care of the return 

shipping costs and arrange a prompt refund or exchange.
